We are always very enthusiastic when Hugo Chetcuti approaches us with one of his new projects. For one, we know that it is going to be avant-garde and finished to high standards, and secondly, it is always delightful to work with Hugo and his team. Sure enough we were not disappointed when Hugo entrusted us with the Building Management System for his new hotel – Hugo’s Boutique Hotel.

One of Hugo’s requests was that guests are given complete control of their room from the in-room tablet that is provided to them during check-
in. In fact, guests at Hugo’s Boutique Hotel can choose the scene they want to wake up to, control the lights, open/close the motorised curtains and control the 48-inch LED TV screen in their room from their in-room tablet.

The Bticino Hotel Management System was used to optimise comfort, energy efficiency and aesthetics, providing intuitive ease of use for guests and control of the whole building for the hotel.

All the team at Future Habitats is proud to have worked on this project and we look forward to embark on new projects that this entrepreneur has in the pipeline.
